A Rewarding Day of Fun

For nearly 20 years, The Free Medical Clinic of America has provided treatment for the uninsured working poor throughout the Greater Knoxville area. Those who qualify for the clinic’s services pay nothing.
In 2009, we established the Dr. Kim Charity Golf Tournament as the clinic’s primary annual fund-raising event. It affords golfers a fun day at one of the area’s top courses and helps us spread the word about The Free Medical Clinic’s mission.

This year’s event will be held Wednesday morning, September 28, at Egwani Farms Golf Course in Rockford.

Join Us . . .

• As a corporate, contest, apparel, team or hole sponsor. Please check the accompanying form for fees and other details.
• As a participant. If you would like to play but do not wish to sponsor a team, sign up and we will place you on a team.
• As a donor. We welcome donations of merchandise, including gift cards or certificates, that we can offer as prizes to contest winners and in our drawing.
• As a volunteer at the tournament. Check the appropriate spot on the participation form and mail it in. We will call to establish your volunteer role.
